A Dreamy Parisian Escape!
warm greeting complimentary coffee sweet gesture
The staff greeted me warmly and attended to my every need. They advised me on the best local bistros. Upon arrival, I received a complimentary coffee, such a sweet gesture. The dedication of the staff is excellent. They remembered I needed a toothbrush and provided one promptly.
The in-room thermostat only allowed me to switch between heating or cooling. It did not regulate the temperature properly. The room was either too warm or too cold, regardless of my settings.

helpful staff tasty breakfast small elevator poorly controlled temperature
i found the staff very helpful. they advised me on bookings since eurostar was cancelled. the breakfast was tasty it had many options.
the elevator was small it only fits four people at a time. it stops at every floor when called leading to wait times. i found it hard to stay comfortable always feeling too warm or too cold i ended up getting sick.
